A lot of people have been commenting & saying that I look slimmer now.
Then it come along with 'how do you do it?'
Well, losing weight is not easy. Its been three months since I started dieting & exercising and I dropped 10kgs . Besides that, I've been using Herbalife as meal replacements & after much consideration of the price because its expensive but the results are awesome & it pays off! I'm much happier now & my weight continue to drop & inches are reduced around my waistline.
My daily routine :
Wake up at 10am-Drink Herbalife's F1 & F3
1pm- Lunch ( I tend to eat more vegetables & soup)
5pm- I exercise around my neighbourhood for 45mins to 1hour of walking/jogging.
7pm-Drink Herbalife's F1 & F3
*Everyday I never fail to:
1) Drink 3-4 litres of plain water
2) A mug of Herbalife's Tea Mix
3) Eat fruit-banana/grapes
The first week of not eating dinner was really, really difficult. I will feel frustrated because I used to be a food junkie & I love sweet stuff & carbs.I cannot go without anything sweet in a day.
But now after 3 months, my behaviour towards food have changed. I no longer eat one whole meal (I will only eat a controlled portion), I can pass KFC or McD without salivating, instead I feel disgusted for how eating those fast food can make me fat. Lol.
If it rain during the evenings, I will take the alternative of working out at night. Once, I went jogging at 10pm and I slept soundly that night but hardly wake up in the morning because I was still tired. So I don't recommend you to work out before bed time ;)
I don't have a photo of before & after yet but I will post it up soon . I am still halfway thru the process of weight loss & I still need to lose 15kgs to achieve my ideal weight !
I realize it does not only take determination & hard work but consistency is the key.
Weight loss do not happen in week. You will see results if you continue everyday.
Sometimes, I do feel like giving up so what I did was I talk to my body.
You can look into the mirror & talk to your buldging tummy. Say something like
'Please be smaller. I shall ____(goals) by _______(what you gonna do)"
Then, your mind will get your priorities straight & combat the fat.

I do have craving for food & such but I will burn some aromatheraphy oil & meditate to take my mind off food. If you're planning to lose weight, start now & don't give up!
