Long Hiatus


I know I've not been blogging much lately-its not because I'm busy, but just plain lazy :D


Its been 2 weeks since I'm using this facial product from the Philippines & the results are amazing! My skin is much more smoother & fairer.*fist pump in the air*

My hands had been feeling kinda itchy lately & I end up buying things I want but not need

I'm getting pretty addicted with Michael Kors & I purchased an iphone case via online at their website.


Now I can match my phone casing with my make up bag.
yeayy


Boyf is super generous & got me a bracelet from Pandora ;)
Then desserts, to make up for the time he neglected me with work,

How I Lost Weight

A lot of people have been commenting & saying that I look slimmer now.
Then it come along with 'how do you do it?'

Well, losing weight is not easy. Its been three months since I started dieting & exercising and I dropped 10kgs . Besides that, I've been using Herbalife as meal replacements & after much consideration of the price because its expensive but the results are awesome & it pays off! I'm much happier now & my weight continue to drop & inches are reduced around my waistline.

My daily routine :

Wake up at 10am-Drink Herbalife's F1 & F3
1pm- Lunch ( I tend to eat more vegetables & soup)
5pm- I exercise around my neighbourhood for 45mins to 1hour of walking/jogging.
7pm-Drink Herbalife's F1 & F3

*Everyday I never fail to:
1) Drink 3-4 litres of plain water
2) A mug of Herbalife's Tea Mix
3) Eat fruit-banana/grapes

The first week of not eating dinner was really, really difficult. I will feel frustrated because I used to be a food junkie & I love sweet stuff & carbs.I cannot go without anything sweet in a day.

But now after 3 months, my behaviour towards food have changed. I no longer eat one whole meal (I will only eat a controlled portion), I can pass KFC or McD without salivating, instead I feel disgusted for how eating those fast food can make me fat. Lol.

If it rain during the evenings, I will take the alternative of working out at night. Once, I went jogging at 10pm and I slept soundly that night but hardly wake up in the morning because I was still tired. So I don't recommend you to work out before bed time ;)

I don't have a photo of before & after yet but I will post it up soon . I am still halfway thru the process of weight loss & I still need to lose 15kgs to achieve my ideal weight !

I realize it does not only take determination & hard work but consistency is the key.
Weight loss do not happen in week. You will see results if you continue everyday.

Sometimes, I do feel like giving up so what I did was I talk to my body.
You can look into the mirror & talk to your buldging tummy. Say something like
'Please be smaller. I shall ____(goals) by _______(what you gonna do)"

Then, your mind will get your priorities straight & combat the fat.

I will post more about my weight loss journey soon :)
I do have craving for food & such but I will burn some aromatheraphy oil & meditate to take my mind off food. If you're planning to lose weight, start now & don't give up!

A Huff & A Puff,My Closet Fall Down

Last night my closet collapse! The railing cannot hold on unto my clothes & it gave away & fell at 1am! Not only I was rudely awaken by the sound but also a realization that I should stop shopping for this week perhaps?

Bits of Thailand


Today is the first day i have some spare time to float around online doing nothing (Because of a cancelled breakfast appointment) but if you asked me what exactly i have been doing since i got back from Bangkok, i will have to give you the biggest blank look and it involves alot of head scratching as well because all i have been doing is just floating around malls (looking for something to buy), & eating non-stop.

I think i'm just a professional at doing nothing wtf. At the rate i am eating, i might need to work out longer hours & more laps of running :(


Honestly, I miss Bangkok. I miss shopping like a mad woman! I manage to grab a few tops & dresses in Topshop at CentralWorld .




Me & my sister love these pair of babies so much we decided to get one pair each .lol

Total purchases for the last day in BKK.
Almost fainted after calculating the amount of money spent in 5 days!
All our bags are packed, we're ready to go. :)

Went straight to Suvarnabhumi airport & had lunch there
Ohh lala , pork burger .
The cafes & restaurant is always crowded there & we had to wait about 15mins before we got a table

I skipped the burger & had rice instead.

Madame Tussauds

After three nights at Grand Diamond Suites, my family moved to another hotel-Baiyoke Sky. 

 

Our room was on the 50th floor & the view of the city was AMAZING

 

 
Despite being one of the famous hotel in BKK, the room was quite simple. But since we won't be utilizing the hotel room much but instead going out sight seeing .

After we unpack our bags we took a tuk tuk & went to Siam Discovery

We went on the 7th floor to check out Madame Tussauds!

 

 

We spotted Naomi Campbell at the entrance! My excitement built up as I saw many famous faces & the wax figures were crafted very detailed! I was amazed.
